ii) 15 bovates (of 9ac. each) in Ruston (leased to Thomas Hellarde and his son Christopher for 21 years at £5 rent by Letters Patent of 20 March 1583/4; then in tenure of T.H. and formerly property of the Provostry of Beverley)

iii) messuage, 9 bovates and 3ac. called ' the Ould acres' in Cheriburton (as U DDCB/4/87). Leased to Thomas Basse for 21 years by Letters Patent of 10 February 1577/8

iv) cottage, dovehouse and barn in Cherriburton (now or late in tenure of Thomas Bayte, and formerly property of chantry of Holy Trinity in Cheriburton church)

v) manors of Northburton alias Cheriburton and Ruston. Site of manor of Middleton with 12 bovates (now or late in tenure of John Wilkinson; and leased to William Wilkinson for 21 years by Letters Patent of 2 June 1576. All of which were formerly property of the Provostry of Beverley

vi) 3 bovates (in tenure of Giles Spence); Cannon Garthe (in tenure of Richard Leedes); and close called Cannon Riddinge alias Riddinges (in tenure of John Power) in Mollescrofte. 2 bovates in Etton (in tenure of Christopher Blakeston). All formerly property of Prebend of St. Martin in Beverley
