- Describes the view of the Niagra Falls. Writes of a story he has heard of two men who got drunk and fell asleep in a boat. The water rose and carried them over the falls and their bodies were never found. Charles has attempted to find the best place to gain the best view of the Niagra falls but claims that the best view is always the one he is seeing at the time.
