Annual rent of 10s. and the homage and service of Henry de Sancto Martino of Holem, from a toft and 2 oxgangs in Holem held by him. Annual rent of 13s.4d. and the homage and service of Thomas de Poynton from a toft and 3 oxgangs in Fraysthorp held by him. Homage and service of Walter de Sancto Quintino (for a messuage and 7 oxgangs in Wynested); of Peter de la Twyere (4 oxgangs in Frothyngham); of Peter de Schysbue (4ac. in Frismarays); and of William Bolfyn (messuage and 2 oxgangs in Holem and a toft in Frothyngham). Annual rent of 8s. from a toft in Frismarays held by Peter de Mare and his wife Margery for their lives, and 2 tofts in Frismarays held by Ralph Grys and the widow of Stephen Frankys. Annual rent of 21s. from Cicely, mother of the donor, from all lands held by her in dower after death of his father William; and the reversion of such lands in Frothyngham, Weflete, Frismarays and Neusom. Reversion of said toft held by Peter de Mare and wife Margery. Annual rent of a pair of white gloves from a toft and selion in Frismarays held by Richard in le Wyles and wife Dionisia for their lives, with the reversion of the same.
