Dame Close, South Close, Longe Mare Close, messuage and Ox Carre, Ten Acre Carre, North Close, Standall Close, Hastholme and Middle Croft --: The premises having been granted to T.S. further to a recited extant and writ of elegit, sued out by him in respect of a recognizance in £200, by which Edward Frothingham of South Frothingham esq., Thomas Skerne gent. and Richard Jefferson yeoman both of Garthropp, co. Lincoln were bound to Elizabeth Stephenson of Thurne, later wife of T.S. and now dec'd.
