Dearholme Grange in the Marish in Pickering Lythe (i.e. a messuage with closes called Somer Pasture, the Withes, Calfe Close, the Haggs, Thistle Close, the Winter Pasture divided into several closes called Bushy Closes, Balland Wray, Winter Lees, and 3 closes (the whole being 300ac. and more) with common in Harding Moor --: Recites a lease from Archbishop of York to T.L. for 3 lives (John, Charles & Zachary sons of Robert Legard) (12 October 1662); his assignment to M.C. (7 March 1662/3) defeasable on payment of £60 a year for 7 years; and that he is two years in arrears. This defeasable on payment of £60 a year for 7 years.
