Description:

(i) William Farmer, lord of the manor of Hambleton, esq. and

(ii) William Cooke, Richard Wilson, George Weston, Robert Bow, Robert Lund and John Willson yeomen on behalf of the tenants and inhabitants of Hambleton. W.F. having inclosed Little North Hagge, part of the common, the tenants and inhabitants hindered and pulled down the enclosure, on which he commenced a suit against them: W.F. to have Little North Hagg and a little parcel marked out in the west end of the West Hagge. They to have the residue of the common and moors, outwoods, lanes and wastes in the manor: Witn. John Ellinworthe de Lumbe, Phillip Vanderbrande, John Thomlinson, Willm. Brasebridge, Willm. Knowles, Thomas Bradshaw.
