- Petition presented for the purpose of obtaining an order for the conversion of 135 Dutch 2 1/2 per cent bonds, approximately of the value of £8500, and for the approval by the court of proposed arrangements for the enfranchisement of the whole of the copyhold lands forming part of the settled estates of Richard Watt, and for an order authorising the costs of that enfranchisement to be paid out of the proceeds of the said Dutch bonds.
