- His farmhold in Arras (Reserving a chamber, the house under it, and 'sufficient fyndyng' yearly, winter and summer, for 1 horse, 10 sheep, and 1 milk cow 'on the pasture only in summer'): Rendering 40s. yearly. R.S. also receives from T.S. 20 marks 'in peny and good penyworthes', which he is bound to divide equally between his brothers Richard and Thomas S., and sisters Agnes and Mariorie S., on ensuing May Day as their portions. To avoid discord, Agnes is not to dwell with Robert. If any discord arises between T. & R.S., the parties, and they cannot agree together, then R.S. to pay an additional 40s. yearly to T.S. for his board 'for so long as he shall absent hym self'; but if they do agree, then R.S. to find T.S. in food and drink and '2d. in his purse to spende every Sonday when he goyth to the church'.
