(Including his indictment and conviction, and subsequent reversal of the judgement) for felony, as an accessory with Charles Wilson of North Frothingham in a robbery committed by John Tennye of Hempholme, yeoman, who stole £280 from John Aske, esq. in the house of C.H. at Ryther about midnight on 10 August 1595. Recites, inter alia, an Inquisition (10 June 1598) finding: a) that, at the time of his attainder, C.H. was seized of a capital messuage called Arrowes House, 1 dovehouse, 1 windmill, close called the Garthes, pastures called Arrowes Moore and Northdales and 28 oxgangs on Yorkes wolde in Wighton and Arrowes (£13. 6. 8d. annual value) b) that a close in Brome fleete called Chappell Garth alias Chappell Crofte (5ac.; 16. 8d. yearly value; and late parcel of St. Leonard's Priory in York) is unjustly detained from the Crown c) that the view of frankpledge, court leet and court baron of the manor of North Cave (30s. yearly value; and belonging to the Crown as part of the estate of Sir Robert Constable, attainted for high treason) is unjustly detained from the Crown
