Lincs. gent.: J.R. & M.C. to have Sand Land Close (2ac.) being ancient enclosure in Toft; parcels, uninclosed but staked out, in Toft and Newton (i.e. parcel in Toft having a meare furre called the Feilds Meare E. and going Westward to a land marked out 5 lands distant from the headland, the road from Toft to Market Rayson N., and a dale of meadow called South Dale or Market Dale S. (81ac. 3r. 22p.); and another parcel in Toft or Newton in furlong called Stonyholes having lands called Cockthornes E., Feilds Meare W., West Rayson Feild N., and Newton Hardinges S. (17ac. 2r. 28p.)); and annual rent charge of 20s. out of Stickneys Farm in Newton.
