Description:
To settle disputes concerning the glebe and commons of the rectory, tithe and modus of tithing, and interest of the rectory in the Ings of West Rasen: the rector to have parcels of meadow called the Marsh (86ac.) and Momeray (30ac.); Mulbery Close (7ac.) and Kilne Garth (1ac.); and annuity of £30 out of the manor of West Raysin in lieu of all glebe lands and tithes in West Raysin except as excepted below. Sir M.C. to have all glebe lands of the rectory and all tithes and other profits in West Raysin; and to inclose 100ac. near Cockthornes, all those short lands in the South East Field (20ac.). Widow Bentley's Farm S.), 7ac. on E. side of High Furre Close, and 6ac. in South West Field on S. side of George Headon's Farm, free of tithe. Reserving tithe corn and hay in the 4 arable fields, the parsonage house, Easter dues, tithe pigs and geese, and christenings, marriages and births to Rev. J.D. Sir M.C. to make bridges or sluices at the gate in the marsh leading into pasture called Momeray, and at the N.E. corner of Momeray with a passage for water to Westlands. Not executed.
