Concerning her claim to dower from lands of her late husband in Yorks. and Lincs., now in the hands of Sir. G.U. as guardian, by Letters Patent, of Henry son and heir of J.P.; and the claim of William Lodyngton and others to an estate in Middelrasyn called Nevell Fee, with appurtenances in Toft and elsewhere, and to annual rent of 20 marks from the manor of Westrasyn, granted to them by J.P. for the life of Dame Joan and to her use. She agrees to resign all claims to the premises after an office of diem clausit extremum has been taken. In return, Sir G.U. agrees to make her, during the minority of the heirs of J.P., an estate in the manor of Drax up to the annual value of 50 marks. Parties mutually bound in £100 for performance
