Free fishing in the R. Derwent. Manors of Leppington and Barthorpe etc. Manors of Atwyke, Sutcotes, Drypoole, Sutton and Stoneferry etc. with 40 messuages, 2,000ac. land, 1,000ac. pasture, 300ac. meadow, 100ac. wood, 100ac. marsh, 50ac. heath and furze, £10 rents in those places and in Rowston, Acclome, Scarborough, Whallesgrave (Falsgrave), Northdallton, Beelby, Cottingwith and Brydall. 1ac. in Skelton.
