- Seized by right of his wife Lady Barbara, in the manor of West Rasen with 25 messuages, 11 cottages, 55ac. land, 300ac. meadow and pasture; advowson of the chantry of B.V.M. in West Rasen; 5ac. in Toft; 20s. rents in Newton; messuage and 150ac. in Bymbroke; 30ac. wood in Linwood; manor of Medilrasen. In his own domaine of the manor of Westbroke with 2 messuages, 3 cottages and 100ac. land in Doddyngton; and messuage, 2 cottages, and 60ac. land in Stubton; messuage and 60ac. land in Barnby super Wytham: and of 100ac. in Osgodby, all co. Lincoln. Also that, before his death, he and Lady Barbara enfeoffed to his son and heir Robert Constable and wife Catherine 25 messuages, 11 cottages, 550ac. arable, 30ac. meadow and pasture in West Rasen; and that, by his last Will, he bequeathed to Marmaduke Constable, son and heir of Sir R.C., an annuity of £10, and to Robert, John and Michael Constable, other sons of Sir R.C., annuities of £6. 13. 4d., all from the manor of Westbroke: Died 30 September 1545; Sir Robert Constable, aged over 50, being his son and heir.
