Also settles other estates of J.C. upon them after his death, subject to provisions for his younger sons and daughters and his wife Elizabeth: Any legal difficulties concerning the covenants to be resolved by Robert Bowys and William Babthorpe, esqs. Endorsed with Acquittance for £58. 6. 8d. paid by Sir M.C. to Thomas Saer and Nicholas Bullok, gents., attorneys of J.C., on the day of the marriage, being the first instalment of the sum payable by Sir M.C., 18 April 1537
