- Reciting a Settlement (circa 1636 - 1637) by Sir T.M. of his estates in Newland, Ousthropp, Birsley, Newsham, Hemingborough, Menithropp, Brakenholme, Armine, Blacktoft and Terrington, and the prebend of, and tithes, in Saltmarsh to Sir William Alford of Meaux and William Mallory of Studley; which trust estates were subsequently conveyed by William Mallory as the surviving trustee, to Thomas Rudshawe, gent. and Nicholas Alrush of Medlington, gent. on trusts of the Settlement. G.M. prays that the trusts of the Settlement, which T.R. and N.A. are not observing, maybe enforced
