Trustees of the East Riding to return goods distrained in respect of recusancy of Sir Philip Constable, his composition having been paid until 1642 and his estate having since been sequestrated; and to make no further distraints until the Committee has been informed, 31 August 1649. Also: Petition of William Creyck to the Commissioners for Compounding: concerning his title to the manor of West Rayson, which he has purchased from Marmaduke Constable and which was sequestrated for the recusancy and delinquency of Sir Philip Constable, (estimated date 1651)
