Congratulations on happy conclusion of his business; will not be possible for the Earl to have his money before Candlemas, as there is not £1,000 in the Irish Exchequer; the Earl will have to agree it in the Exchequer with 'your great freinde Mountnorris [ ] you may chance then to finde he loves his owne profitt sumthing better then his freinde'; will give what help he can with the Earl's other business 'concerning Fleemings landes thos other in Connaghte'.
