Everingham Park, South Ings, South Fields, Butler Ings, Thorney Lane, Gillian Close and Hither Ox Pasture with 3 rooms in Everingham Hall in which William Winter lives and the chambers over them, and the barns, stables and outhouses of Everingham Hall. Also house-bote, hedge-bote, plough-bote and fire-bote; the use of 3 beds and bedding; and of such utensils and household goods in Everingham Hall as 5 servants shall reasonably require: Reserving to Sir P.C. pasture and agistment for 50 deer and 5 horses in the Park. Provision for termination of the lease by Marmaduke Constable, esq., son and heir of P.C., after 25 March 1705 if he 'have a minde to live and inhabite at Everingham'. Sir P.C. also appoints F.S. steward of all his courts and receiver of his rents, in Yorkshire, for 7 years at £100 a year. F.S. to plant 1,000 trees in the Park and a sufficient number of fruit trees near the walls of the garden; and provide hay in winter for the 50 deer. The number of deer in the Park now exceeding 50, until Sir P.C. reduces them to that number (which is intended as soon as possible) he shall pay F.S. 10s. a year in respect of every one in excess
