Capital messuage (4 roods 4ft. in breadth, 13 roods 12ft. in length; lying in length and breadth between a toft of the parson and a toft of William de Alda). A cultivated parcel called Sqyerflat in the West field (9 roods 8ft. in breadth, 27 roods 3ft. in length). 5 selions on the N. part of the said cultivated parcel (6 roods 6ft. in breadth, and in length from donor's meadow towards the N.). 3 perches arable called Mylnflatt lying towards the E. and W. of Trynkarr on the N. side. 3 dales in Southengys, abutting on Haswell Closes belonging to the cultivated parcel called Sqwyerflatt. 1/2 perch belonging to the same meadow. 3 portions of broad meadow belonging to Sqwierflatt. 1 perch of land called Redkarr.
