Manor and capital messuage of Eryholme with the lords common and the tenants common (115ac. in all); messuage and farm called Low Hailes and Hall Farm; Breake House Farm; East Field Farm; Hill House and Farm; Hirgill House and Farm; Settcropp Farm; Carlingholme Farm; farm called the Lowholmes; 2 other farms, messuage and garth, cottage, shop, and garth; cottage and 3 garths, all in Eryholme: Further to a recited Deed to lead to a Common Recovery (3 May 1696) of manor of Newton Hansard with messuages and lands there and in Littleburne, co. Durham, to raise £7000 for Bennett, Lord Sherard dec'd. and an annuity of £300 for Dame Mary Calverley; which estates in co. Durham have since been sold. Recites that Dame Calverley has agreed to accept a demise of estates in Mumby, Mumby Chapel, Somerfee, Salmondby, Hogstropp, Riggesby and Huttoft, co.
