Lawley's interests in where the money is spent his brother, Lord Wenlock being a tenant for life in the old settled estates, the remainder going to his son if he has one, with remainder in default of male issue to his next brother as tenant for life; Mr. Harrow is complaining on behalf of Col. Lawley that the proceeds of the sale of Bourton might be used to buy property, which will become Lord Wenlock's in fee default of male issue, therefore by - passing his brother Col. Lawley
