E.J. to have 9 oxgangs and parcel called Garflatts in East Field, 1 oxgang in West Field, Little Rainthorp close, 5 crofts, cottage and Rainthorpe Close, Old House Garth, and a little close at Hessey Door all in Cherry Burton; Sloup Close and Fogg Close alias Swine Flatt and a moiety of Bygate Wood in Lockington. A.J. to have a foldyard and standheckgarth near the capital messuage in Cherry Burton, with 2 Church Lees, 14 oxgangs, a croft in the Stone Pitt, cottage called Russell House and garth in Cherry Burton; and the other moiety of Bygate Wood. The capital messuage in Cherry Burton with gardens and orchards 'within the muddwalls' reserved from this partition.
