Messuage, 9 oxgangs and 3ac. called Old Acres; cottage, dovecote and garden in Cherry Burton (formerly property of the chantry of the Holy Trinity in Cherry Burton church). Manor and advowson of Cherry Burton. Free rents of 2s.; messuage, garden and 8 oxgangs; toft builded with a curtilage and a little close; Bee Garth; capital messuage and site of the manor, all in Cherry Burton. Little close in Ravensthrop in the West side of Cherry Burton. Portion of tithes of Foxholes (sometime parcel of the prebend of St. Stephen in Beverley Minster) of 10s. yearly value, and the advowson of Foxholes. Tithes of corn of Kynwould Graves Flatt. Capital messuage or hospital house of Killingwouldgraves with houses, lands and 4 oxgangs in Bishop Burton, Cherry Burton and Molescroft; Readingfeild alias Rydingfeild alias Roddingfeild Beandwenflatt alias Baldinflatt and Kirkepittflatt, half the herbage of Kirkepitt, a flatt of land on the W. side of the hospital house, pasture for 2 bulls and 6 cows on Beverley Westwood, and pasture for hogs and cattle in the arable fields of Killingwould Graves and the East Fields of Bishop Burton. Reference to a Final Concord between Sir Thomas Crompton dec'd. brother of Sir J.C. and R.C. (6 October 1605). Not executed.
