Mansion house, 5 cottages, toft stead where a smith's shop anciently stood (and 'called att this day the Smithy house'), land in Northdailes, 8 oxgangs and 15ac. called Odd Lands (surrendered by R.J. to H.B. and his younger brother John B., now dec'd., subject to an annuity of £40 to H.B.).
