The house to be leased. The kirkmasters of Holme Kirke and those of Wighton Kirke each to receive yearly 3s. 4d. of the rent, towards the repairs of those churches, causing a mass and a dirge to be sung yearly at each church on the morrow of Palm Sunday for the souls of Sir M.C. and wife Dame Joysse, the priest and clerk at each church receiving 6d. If either place fails in the making of these arrangements for a mass and a dirge, then the 3s.4d. due to that place shall go that year to the poor of the other. 20d. yearly to poor of Wighton and 20d. to poor of Holme, payable on the morrow of Palm Sunday to those attending the mass and dirge. Residue of rent to be laid out by feoffes for good of soul of Sir M.C..
