Also discussing the subject of wagons to transport the forage for Sir John Whitefoord's Calvalry, arrangements for procuring tents and other camp equipment, dealing with complaints, news of leave given to Captain Olglivy of Napier's regiment and Lieutenant Waller of Howard's regiment and leave requested by Captain Douglas
