R.T. & E.H. to stand seised to her sole use of the hall, great parlour, cellar (with all chambers over such rooms), new stable with roost over, bay next the doors in the barn; and half of shippon, folds, gardens and orchard; of T.C.'s messuage in Shevington : and likewise of the Hall of Crooke in case she survive him without issue.
