William Dawson eldest son, heir, executor and sole legatee of Revd William Dawson rector of Gilling dec'd the surviving executor of the will of George Crowle esq. who survived Lillingston Lillingston otherwise Bowden his co trustee in an indenture of 31 October 1744 (ii) John Pownall of Cavendish Sq. M'sex esq. (iii) Agnes Thompson of Mary Le Bone M'sex widow of William Thompson of Wilton and mother of William Thompson late of Humbledon esq and Lillingston Thompson esq. and Agnes Thompson spinster (all dec'd) and sole executor of the said children (iv) Joseph Pease of Hull banker (v) Col. Sir Charles Thompson Bt (late Hotham) and Lady Dorothy Hobart daughter of John late Earl of Buckinghamshire (vi) Sir Harbord Harbord of Gunton Norfolk Bt and Beaumont Hotham of the Strand M'sex esq.: Sums totalling £11528 3s. 2d. paid by (vi) to (i), (iii) and (iv) arising from assignment of deeds of 31 October 1744 (Settlement on the Marriage of A.T. and W.T., with younger children's portion now due to A.T. as executrix of her daughter A.T.); 14 July 1764 (Settlement to provide additional portions SEE U DDHO/71/33); 20 June, 18 July, 20 September, 30 October 1765 (Mortgages (SEE U DDHO/70/29 - U DDHO/70/32)): In trust for Sir Charles Thompson and Lady Dorothy his wife.
