Bequests to Henry Montague Doughty and Charles Montagu Doughty (nephews). 2nd codicil: Bequests to Mary Elizabeth Hotham and Francis Emma Hotham (nieces), Henry Montagu Doughty, Charles Montagu Doughty, and Frederick William Hotham (nephews), and Maria Catherine Stapleton (sister in law). Settlement to be to use of Henry Montagu Doughty and assigns, then Charles Montagu Doughty (in place of William Francis Hotham, now dec'd), 14 February 1894 Probate 18 January 1897
