iii) Richard (senr. and jnr.), John, William, and Margaret (widow) Webster, Robert Williamson, Edward Horsley, John Cliffe, John Savage, John Swann, Mark and John Fligge, and Margaret and Jane Blanshard (widows), all of East Cottingwith

(i) to (ii): manor of East Cottingwith with assize rents (scheduled - £23. 2. 8 3/4d in all) rent of 20d. from cottage sometime occupied by Rev. Roger Todd, five 1/2 acres in the Ings called Five Mans Part, four 1/2 acres near the Ferry called the Halfe Acres, parcel meadow called Demmings and 1 1/2ac; meadow on the North Hills called Chappell Dikes: To be held by

ii) as new trustees for all the parties. Recites a conveyance by William Allen and Henry Jay of London to original trustees (12 May 1612) and subsequent conveyances to create new trustees, of whom Edward Lutton is the only successor and survivor.
