Referring to a purchase by the Rev. J.D. Jefferson of the estates and premises of Thicket Priory.

Consists of:

i) Order confirming report dated 20 Dec 1844, 8 May 1845

ii) Document stating that the estates of Christopher Bethell Codrington Barnet in the County of York were sold at auction in 37 Lots, and the Reverend Joseph Dunnington Jefferson of Thicket Priory was the highest bidder for Lot 28 bidding £240, 20 Dec 1845

iii) Court order for payment of purchase money for the premises comprised in Lots 27 & 28, 17 Jan 1850

iv) Receipt certifying that the money has been received for the estates comprising Lot numbers 27 & 28
