B. purchased (as U DDJL/3/29) Joseph Butler's moiety of the property as U DDJL/3/27; that Robert Dyneley acted in the mortgage as trustee for V. N. (as to £1800) and for Mary Seton of Red Lion Square widow (as to £700); and that she has been repaid, 15/16 Jun 1785.
