For £2500: Henry Bell and Joseph Butler to Robert Dyneley of Grays Inn gentleman: property in Walkington as U DDJL/3/26: Witnesses Jno. Taylor, Peter Neve Lee, 15/16 Aug 1775. Endorsed with a Lease and Release by way of a Mortgage for £1800: (i) Robert Dyneley (ii) Henry Bell to (iii) Vincent Newton of Great Ormond Street esquire: Recites that H. B. purchased (as U DDJL/3/29) Joseph Butler's moiety of the property as U DDJL/3/27; that Robert Dyneley acted in the mortgage as trustee for V. N. (as to £1800) and for Mary Seton of Red Lion Square widow (as to £700); and that she has been repaid, 15/16 Jun 1785.
