James Torre by Will of his mother Jane Torre). Subject to recited leases: Thomas Harrison now agrees to convey the premises and assign the above agreement to Joseph Sykes for £28,000. Joseph Sykes appoints Thomas Harrison as his trustee to sell the premises except a farm, closes at Tranby (tenants named), and the manor of Hessle and Tranby with the manor house and gates belonging to it.
