Messuages and lands (tenants named) in Hessle, Anlaby, Tranby and Wolferton Close (974ac. 3r. 32p. in all) with 207 1/4 gates in the Firth, South Holmes, Greens and Hessle Little Ing and the manor or reputed manor of Hessle with Tranby (devised to Rev. James Torre by Will of his mother Jane Torre). Subject to recited leases: Thomas Harrison now agrees to convey the premises and assign the above agreement to Joseph Sykes for £28,000. Joseph Sykes appoints Thomas Harrison as his trustee to sell the premises except a farm, closes at Tranby (tenants named), and the manor of Hessle and Tranby with the manor house and gates belonging to it.
