Description:
Manor of Pighill (except 2 selions meadow lying against Pighill). They shall pay him £10 if they leave the manor before the end of the term of their own will; and he will pay them a similar sum if they be dispossessed. They shall have 100 faggots yearly in Pighill field; they may demise to the end of the term ('in fine termini') 8ac. fallow and 1ac. manured land; and they shall have all profit of crofts called le Sprynge and le Fethecroft to the end of the term.
