- Messuage on S. of North Clyff with a nearby croft on the E. (highway W, wood around the chapel of South Clyff E.; croft of heirs of Elizabeth Vavasour N.; South Clyff field S.); close adjoining said messuage on E. (field called West Crofts W.; South Clyff field S.); and a wood with a ditch round it, near the said chapel, with the herbage of the ditch. To create new trustees. The premises were given to the feoffees, with William Deen and John Nessam, chaplains, Thomas Clerk, William Watson and Simon Thornton (all now, dec'd), by Elizabeth Vavasour, widow (4 July 1497) on trust for the repair of South Cliffe chapel.
