(eldest son & heir of Richard P. esq. dec'd., who was a son of Ann P. widow dec'd., formerly Ann Hustler, the other daughter of Sir W.H.), Thomas Peirse of Peirseburgh, merchant dealer and chapman, a bankrupt (eldest son of Thomas P. esq. dec'd. another son of Ann P.) & his wife Constance, and the assignees in his bankruptcy, to Marmaduke Prickett of Bridlington gent.: rectory & advowson of Grindall with 1 oxgang, a parcel of glebe land, and tithes: Reserving the next presentation to the living.
