And, in exchange for that toft, he also gives him the toft & croft which William son of Arnald sometime held of the fee of St. Peter in Sywardeby, that is the toft the grantor had of his brother Arnald in exchange for the toft & croft in Sywardeby sometime of the said William Braybant: Doing forinsec service for 1 oxgang, where 10 carucates make a knight's fee.
