Memorandum: Isabel, widow of Sir James de Panton, held the manor of Harlton for life with reversion to William, lord of Huntyngfeld, who granted the reversion to his brother Roger.

- Description:
- Isabel attorned and died. Roger entered on the manor, and wished to have a confirmation in fee simple from his brother William, who sent him a deed tail ('fait de taille') of a date after the said grant. By which William Siwardby claims that the manor is entailed, as nothing passed by the said deed. The said William then confirmed Roger's estate in fee simple. Roger then enfeoffed John Person of Petristre (Pettistree), who re-enfeoffed Roger, his wife Alianor and his heirs; which William, lord of Huntyngfeld released, ratified and confirmed with warranty
