A ninth part of the manor of Lockton. North side of frontstead where the Hall formerly stood in Lockton with all the rooms on the N. side of the great Dormant (or so much as may extend to the place where the Dormant was); a barn next to William Marflitt's house with a way to it 12 yds. wide through Hall Garth; North Orchard; Temple Garth; moiety of the court yard; 1 oxgang with the boundary balk; meadow close called Hall Field; piece of woody ground called the Hagg down to the Griffe; and parcels called the Moorthwaite, Green field, Rudding Moor and Rawsey, Dowdale and Dowdale Score. Messuage in Lockton with garth & croft, 3 oxgangs and a narrow land called Waterfield land. Close called Ruffa in North Field of Pickering. Eastgate House, 1/2 oxgang, 2 oxgates, Buckthorn Close and specified lands (in Pickering?). Moiety of a messuage & lands at the upper end of Yedmundayle in West Ayton: Not executed.
