T.B. having assigned to T.C. 4 oxgangs and all appurtenances which he held of the Lessees of Bridlington, except a close at the West End of Bridlington called Cowe Close; T.B. shall have peaceful possession of the Cowe Close. The occupiers of closes called the Nether Ripplekels (in tenure of Robert Blacklocke of Sewardby) and West Meare (George Jackson) to have right of way through the Upper Ripplekells: Witn. Ri. Stanyforth, Ja. Randall. Seal, a lion's head erased.
