(i) Susan widow of Nycholas Palmes of Naburne esq., and Mr. George Palmes, clerk, archdeacon of York and (ii) Sir Thomas Metham of Metham: on marriage of Sir T.M. and Edythe daughter of N. & S.P. ('yff the same Edythe wyll thereto consent and agre and the lawe of Holye Churche wyll suffer the same'): (a) the cost of meat and drink at the marriage to be borne by parties as U DDPA/14/3(i) (b) Sir T.M. to make an estate of £40 clear yearly value to use of Edythe (c) Parties as U DDPA/14/3(i) to pay 800 marks to Sir T.M. (by specified payments at Haxbie tombe in York Minster)
