Between: (i) Ferdinando Thweng of Templehurst gent., who married Lady Margarett Stapilton widow of Sir Bryan Stapilton and (ii) William Palmes son and heir apparent of William Palmes of Naburn esq., who married Mary daughter and heir of Sir B. and Lady M.S.: settling lands of Sir B.S. Mentions Werimans Close and Middle Close in Egbarr, Hurst Inges and meadow called Nooking: Witn. Ric. Etherington, Lewis D'Arcy, Ja. Tennant, Daniell Dabbes, Daniell Cromer. Endorsed with memorandum that W.P. the son was born 12 May 1639, and so was 20 years 6 months and 17 days old at the signing of the Agreement.
