(i) William Palmes of Naburne esq., and his son William and the son's wife Mary and (ii) Phillip Langdale of Etton and John Ryther of Scarcroft esqs.: farm with closes called Whinney Stockings, Wheate Close, Hither and Farther Incommons, Folehaggs, Foaleyhagg Close, and the Newys, and 12ac. in Haddlesey Inggs, in Temple Hurst, Haddlesey and Carleton. Ramsden Close, Bonny Close, Acree Close and the Newfeild; 2 Great Crofts, Edmond Close, Inglands, Horseclose, Burrcarr; 2 Wood Closes and Hell Close; 23ac. meadow in Naburn Great Ings called Lodgeflatt, Stoneflatt, Hither and Farther Brussen Acres, with the fogg or eatage of the whole Ings after the hay is off, i.e. from Lammas to Christmas; all in Naburn: To raise portions for Mary daughter, and George, Marmaduke and William younger sons, of W.P. the son.
