(ii) Daniel Dandy esq., and John Taylor gent., of Cliffords Inn, London (iii) Thomas Nesketh of Rufford and Edward Dicconson of Wrightington both in co. Lancs., esqs. (iv) Banastre Parker of Cuerden co. Lancs., and Beilby Thompson of Eskritt esqs. (v) Robert Scarisbrick of Scarisbrick co. Lancs., John Plompton of Lotherton and Marmaduke Lawson of High Moreby esqs. (vi) Anne Scarisbrick spinster, a daughter of R.S.: on marriage of Brian Palmes and Anne: for her marriage portion of £1,000 to G.P. the father and £200 to Brian P., to be paid by R.S.: manor and estate of Nabourne (tenants named), Nabourne Hall, rectory of Nabourne and St. George: Witn. Robert Sclater, Tho. Haddock, Edward Bell, Edmd. Butler, T. Backhouse, Francis Massy, Thos. Starker. Endorsement: The Settlement was enrolled with the East Riding Clerk of the Peace (Liber B.) and registered at the East Riding Registry of Deeds (Liber M). A Recovery was suffered (Mich. 1729).
