Witn. William Michell, John Blakburn, James Purdon, Thomas Cokson, John Mathewe. Seal 'R' crowned, 28 March 1527 (b) Schedule declaring uses of U DDPA/7/113(a). To use of feoffor for life; then to his younger son Richard, subject to an annuity of 26s.8d. to his eldest son Thomas for life. Feoffor to have power to grant an estate for life to yearly value of 40s. from premises.
