Manor of Naburn, and all estate of William Palmes there: Recites a settlement of the premises by W.P. (30 October 1653) to pay his debts; to raise £2000 for portions for his younger children William, Bridgett, John and Mary; and to pay £600 to Henry Thomson of York alderman, keeping Joseph Micklethwaite indemnified in respect of a Bond in which he is bound with W.P. for payment of that sum.
