Ground (44 ac.) formerly called Wood Lands, now in closes called Seventeen Acres Close, Spring Hagg, Butter Hagg and Bottom End: as collateral security for rent of £100 due from J.S. to G.W. on a recited lease of the tithes of corn, hay, wool and wood in Kelfield for 50 years, made the previous day; and further to an agreement to secure the enclosure of the common fields in Kelfield (10 December 1744)
