a) Gift: John Seintquyntyn, son and heir of Sir William Seintquyntyn, to Sir John Constable of Halsham, Brian Routh, William Eland, John Thwates and Edmund Thwates esqs.: manor of Herpham with all his property there and in Graunsemore, Thirnom, Bukton, Benton, Kyllom, Aton and Semare. (Except that nothing herein shall prejudice any gift or grant to Alice, wife of the donor, or to William Eland of Kyngeston super Hulle senr., and his wife Joan). Witn. b) Declaration of uses of U DDSQ/12/5(a): John Seintquyntyn not to make any alienation of the premises, so that at his death they may pass entire to his son John, in accordance with a deed made between J. S and Herry Thwates and Edmond Thwates. [20 August 1482]
