Description:

Manor of Harpam with its apputenances (except 9 messuages, 5 tofts, 20 bovates and 2 parts of 2 mills).

On the following terms:

i) 2 parts of the manor (except 5 messuages and 3 bovates) to William and Joan and heirs male of their bodies, with remainder to right heir of William

ii) 5 messuages and 3 bovates, as excepted in (i), to William and Joan for life of Agnes widow of Robert Bertrame, with remainder to William, son the same William (de S[ancto] Q[uintino]), and Agnes daughter of Walter son of John de Heslarton and heirs of their bodies; and then to William and Joan

iii) The third part of the manor, at present held in dower by Agnes, widow of Geoffrey de Sancto Quintino, with remainder to William and Joan and the heirs of the said John Squier, to remain to William and Joan and heirs male of their bodies (except 6 messuages, 4 tofts, 12 bovates and three parts of a bovate; and the third part of a messuage, 2 mills, 1bovate and 5ac.); and then to right heirs of William

iv) The property excepted in U DDSQ/5/2(iii) to remain to William and his heirs at death of Agnes, [27 October 1348]
